Q: how should I store your treats?
Store our treats in a cool, dry place. If possible, in an airtight container. For the best taste and quality, consume within 6 months of opening.
Q: how long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes about 1-2 weeks. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information!
Q: what ingredients are used to make your pet treats?
Our treats are made with wholesome, high-quality ingredients like fresh meats and pet-safe extras like goat cheese and powders! Each product has its own unique ingredient list, which is clearly labeled!
Q: can I order custom treats for my pets?
We're so sorry, but we currently do not offer any custom orders!
Q: can I order in bulk or for a special event?
At this time, we do not offer bulk orders or special event catering. Since all our treats are handmade in small batches, we focus on maintaining the highest quality and freshness.
Q: what is your return/refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we cannot accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make things right!
Q: how do I know if my pet will like the treats?
We use ingredients pets love, like chicken and goat cheese, but we understand every pet is unique! We recommend starting with a smaller order to see which treats your pet enjoys most!
